About Nooksack
Nooksack incorporated in 1912 as a farm town on the railroad a mile from Everson, and the two have grown together ever since — shared river, shared school district, separate city halls. About 1,800 people live here among dairies and raspberry fields, with Mt. Baker filling the eastern sky.
Housing is a small historic core, a handful of 2000s–2010s subdivisions off Nooksack Road and Breckenridge, and farmland right to the edge. It's the newest affordable stock in the valley, and USDA zero-down loans work on most addresses.
