What we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, a property address, and anything you type into a contact, valuation, or alert form.

Information collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and referring site — collected through standard analytics and server logs.

We do not collect payment information on this site and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

To reply to your request — sending listings, a home valuation, new-listing alerts, or answering a question.

To improve the site: which pages are useful, which are not, where people get stuck.

To meet legal and licensing obligations as a Washington real estate broker, including transaction record-keeping.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other agents or lead-generation companies.

Text messages and email

If you provide a phone number and ask to be contacted, Irena may call or text you. Message frequency depends on your request; standard carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Email alerts and the market letter include an unsubscribe link in every message.

Who else sees it

Service providers who run pieces of this site on our behalf — hosting, form delivery, analytics, email and text delivery, and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) for listing data. They may use your information only to provide those services.

Transaction parties when you become a client: lenders, escrow, title, and inspectors, as needed to close your sale or purchase.

Authorities when required by law.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember preferences such as saved homes. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

Listing search and maps are provided by third parties (NWMLS, OpenStreetMap) whose own policies apply.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email [email protected] or call (360) 712-6860. We will respond within 30 days.

Opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe link, or contacting us. We may still send transactional messages about an active sale or purchase.

Retention and security

Inquiry data is kept while we work together and for a reasonable period after; transaction records are kept as Washington law requires (currently three years after closing).

We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections, access limits — but no website can guarantee absolute security.
