Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 7, 2026Everyone should be able to search for a home, read about a neighborhood, and reach Irena — regardless of ability or the technology they use. Here is where the site stands and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this site, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time check.
What we've done
Consistent structure: one clear heading per page, landmarks for navigation and main content, and a skip-friendly tab order.
Readable type: a single legible typeface at 15px or larger for body text, with text and background colors chosen for at least 4.5:1 contrast.
Keyboard access: every link, button, filter, tab, and form field can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with visible focus.
Touch targets of 44px or larger on phones and tablets, and layouts that reflow from 360px to large desktop without horizontal scrolling.
Alternative text on meaningful images, labeled form fields, and buttons that say what they do.
Motion kept modest and disabled for people who set a reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
Interactive maps (listing and neighborhood maps) rely on a third-party component and are difficult to use with a screen reader; every map has a text equivalent — a listing list or neighborhood table — next to it.
Listing photos come from the NWMLS feed and may arrive without descriptive alternative text.
Some PDF or third-party content linked from the site may not be fully accessible.
Tell us
If any part of this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format — large print, plain text, a phone walkthrough — contact Irena directly: (360) 712-6860 (call or text) or [email protected]. Please describe the page and the problem; we aim to respond within two business days and fix confirmed issues promptly.
Prefer to skip the website entirely? Call. Everything here — listings, valuations, market information — is available over the phone.
Assessment
This statement is based on internal review against WCAG 2.1 AA using keyboard-only navigation, browser accessibility tools, and screen-reader spot checks. It was last reviewed on the date above.
