Ask about a specific home →La Conner sales are few and highly visible — channel-view homes and in-town Victorians draw second-home and out-of-area buyers, and move-in-ready homes command a premium. With only a handful of true comps a year, pricing is a judgment call, not a formula.

About La Conner
La Conner was founded in 1867 as a trading post on the Swinomish Channel and never grew past a few blocks — which is exactly why it's Skagit's most charming town. The 1890s waterfront storefronts now hold galleries, restaurants, and the Museum of Northwest Art; the Rainbow Bridge crosses to the Swinomish Reservation; tulip fields start at the town line.
Housing is historic homes on the hill above the channel, channel-view cottages and condos, the large Shelter Bay community on tribal lease land across the bridge, and farmland homes on Pleasant Ridge and in Dodge Valley. Nine homes for sale is typical; most buyers have visited for years.
